  • An Introduction to… Eleanor J Shore

eleanor j shore scarves in box

Let me introduce you to Eleanor J Shore, an up-and-coming brand that have a huge range of scarves. I’d even go as far to say there’s one for every outfit! Scarves don’t have to be just for winter and if you take a look at EJS’ designs, you’ll know those prints can be worn all year round. Today I’m showing you how I style one of them.

I was sent two scarves from Eleanor J Shore, a mini one and a longer one with the full print. They’re both incredibly detailed and made from great material. You can see the team have put a lot of effort into their products in the two years the brand has been running and the packaging the scarves arrived in was very sleek and sophisticated.

Eleanor, a Manchester School of Art graduate describes her the brands’ style as ‘androgynous, sharp tailoring; feminine with a quirky masculine twist. Lines are clean, simple and sophisticated with an emphasis on print.’Eleanor J Shore headscarf
I decided to wear the mini scarf as a little headscarf, which I think looks really good with my messy bun (which is actually pretty neat today) but as you can see, it also works as a extra pop of colour added to a bag. This one is from Sammydress* and I’ve been using it everyday since it arrived. It’s the perfect size for carrying everything around.

The full scarf looks good just draped around the neck. You could also try hanging it around your shoulders, or even tie it in loose knot and wear it over a shirt. There’s so many ways to wear it! The full length scarf also looks good tied onto my bag.eleanor j shore scarf

Scarves aren’t something I have a lot of in my wardrobe, but these from Eleanor J Shore are definitely worth checking out if you want to add some prints to your outfit. If you head over to their twitter page, you can even be in with a chance of winning your own!

It's great, Belle. The smaller scarf would look great on a little shoulder bag or even wrapped around a clutch too! x
