So I recently wrote this post about taking a break from blogging and how it’s good to acknowledge when you need to take a step back. Kind of unintentionally, I’ve had another break this past week, so let’s catch up!
So what have I been up to? Well, I’ve eaten my fair share of pancakes; that beauty of a stack above were stuffed with Reeses Peanut Butter and Chocolate spread, with layers of banana and lashings of maple syrup. One very sweet treat.
I’ve been to the cinema. A lot. We’re talking five trips this month so far; Triple 9 (which was a secret screening – now on general release and if you like a crime/thriller/heist get yourself to the cinema…Aaron Paul and Norman Reedus are in it too if you need another excuse!) The Big Short, Zoolander 2, Deadpool and finally..Star Wars The Force Awakens. All of which I really enjoyed, Deadpool being the favourite of the lot (very closely followed by The Force Awakens, which only took me 2 months to see in the end! Now if only I could get Careless Whisper out of my head…
Today it’s a year since I bought my little car. It’s amazing what a difference it makes not having to rely on public transport or friends/family for lifts. I enjoy driving around, especially when I’ll pass a route I used to take on my lessons, with busy roundabouts I used to dislike. It’s fun to see how far you’ve come since then and who knew I’d enjoy reverse parking so much?!

That pancake stack looks amazing! Did you make it? I had to get public transport last Friday when my car was in the garage, it made me wonder how I used to get 4 buses to work a day!

My sister created it for me, was absolutely amazing though! Aw no. I know, you get so used to driving around and not having to stick to bus schedules. x
I love my car, but I do wish public transport was better where I live. We basically just have buses and they're a nightmare. Triple 9 is definitely at the top of my must-see list. I need a little Aaron Paul in my life right now *hehe*
