Just a handful of favourites this month, one of which you may recognise if you’ve been a long-time reader over these parts!
The Body Shop’s Wild Argan Oil range really does smell amazing. The body scrub is just bitty enough (technical speak here) to exfoliate and leave your skin really soft, without feeling like you’ve been really aggressive. I’ll be popping up a full post about the range soon, so check back for that if you’re interested.
NARS ‘Deep Throat’ blush is an old favourite. I’ve had this ages and used it so many times yet it still looks almost brand new. Don’t let the price put you off, I definitely think they’re worth it. A quick swish of this is great for daytime but build it up a little and you’re set for the night too.
Maybelline Color Elixir in Captivating Carnation is just so good! I’d been after some of the Color Elixirs (read: all of them) when I saw Estée raving about them. Luckily Megan picked one up for me when she was in Florida recently and now I really hope they come over to the UK soon! It’s glossy without being sticky and glides on so smoothly. A great everyday pink and sometimes I like to wear it over lipstick for extra shine.
L’Oréal’s Telescopic mascara was by far my favourite but unfortunately the rumour seem true and my beloved makeup staple has been discontinued. Recently, I’ve been turning to this, the Volume Million Lash Mascara and although it’ll never replace Telescopic, it’s still pretty darn good! It gives my lashes volume and more defined, just what you need when you want to look more awake on a morning!
